Mushroom Bolognese-- $20

onion
garlic
celery
carrots
thyme
bay
oregano
olive oil
s&p
red wine
Sautee the onion, garlic, celery, onions, and mushrooms until onion is translucent, de-glaze with red wine, add herbs, tomatoes and simmer until reduced 4-5 hours. Serve over whole grain pasta!
